On Tuesday, April 23rd, over 50 midwives, midwifery students & their supporters from around the state met in Albany, NY to meet with our legislators. It was an exciting day and we received a lot of encouragement from our representatives about legislation we would like to introduce to update the way birth centers are regulated in New York State.
